The amount of money distributed and earned throughout the economy feeds the nation s GDP which shows the stability of the overall economy of that nation. There is an imaginary cycle that must be established in an economy in order to balance both labor and revenue in order to stabilize a country economy. Labor is an important service that must be available and balanced in an ever growing population. For example there cannot be a larger number of residents than there is labor or else there will be a definite increase in poverty. In the United States there is a set law of minimum wage which has an effect on companies and how they manage their labor force. The increase of the minimum wages will affect the overall distribution of hours available therefor hurting the amount of labor needed.
